This Privacy Policy explains how Periti Industries Pvt. Ltd. (“We/Us/Our”), as operator of www.termipore.com and www.buy.termipore.com, collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data of Users. It is issued in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and reflects the principles of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025, as these are brought into force in phases by the Government of India. Where any provision of this Policy is inconsistent with the mandatory requirements of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 once fully in force, the Act will prevail and We will update this Policy accordingly.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to personal data collected through the Website, customer support interactions (phone, email, WhatsApp), and any offline interactions connected to an online Order (such as delivery and installation coordination). It should be read together with the Website Terms & Conditions, which govern Your use of the Website generally.
2. Key Terms
Personal Data: Any data about a User by which the User is or may be identifiable, whether alone or in combination with other information.
Data Principal / User: The individual to whom the Personal Data relates.
Data Fiduciary: Periti Industries Pvt. Ltd., as the entity determining the purpose and means of processing Personal Data collected through the Website.
Processing: Any operation performed on Personal Data, including collection, storage, use, sharing and deletion.

• Identity and contact details: name, billing/shipping address, email address, phone number;
• Business details, where applicable: company name, GSTIN, designation, site address for installation;
• Order and transaction information: products purchased, order value, payment status (We do not store Your full card or UPI credentials — these are processed directly by Our payment gateway partner);
• Communications: inquiries, support requests, feedback and any documents (such as installation photographs) You voluntarily share with Us in connection with an Order or warranty claim;
• Technical data collected automatically: IP address, browser/device type, pages visited, and cookie identifiers (see Clause 6 below).
4. Purpose of Processing
• To process and fulfil Your Orders, including invoicing, GST compliance, shipping and installation coordination;
• To verify Your identity and prevent fraud;
• To provide customer support, including handling warranty and grievance matters;
• To send transactional communications about Your Order, and, with Your consent, promotional communications about new products or offers;
• To improve the Website and Our products, including through aggregated, de-identified analytics;
• To comply with applicable law, including tax, audit and regulatory requirements, and to respond to lawful requests from government or judicial authorities.
5. Consent and Legal Basis
Where Your consent is the basis for processing (for example, for sending promotional communications or using non-essential cookies), We will seek that consent in clear, specific terms before collection, and You may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. Other processing, such as that necessary to fulfil Your Order, perform a contract with You, or comply with law, is carried out on those respective legal bases without requiring separate consent, consistent with the “legitimate uses” recognised under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Essential cookies necessary for the Website to function (such as Your shopping cart) cannot be disabled without affecting Your ability to use the Website; You may control non-essential cookies through Your browser settings or any cookie-preference tool made available on the Website.
7. Disclosure of Personal Data
We do not sell Your Personal Data. We may share it with: (a) logistics and courier partners, to deliver Your Order; (b) payment gateway providers, to process payment; (c) IT and hosting service providers who process data on Our behalf under contractual confidentiality and security obligations; (d) professional advisors and auditors; (e) government or regulatory authorities, where required by law or in response to a lawful request; and (f) a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of business, subject to that successor being bound by materially equivalent privacy commitments.
8. Cross-Border Transfer
Where any of Our service providers (such as cloud hosting) process Personal Data outside India, We take reasonable steps to ensure they provide a standard of protection consistent with Indian law, and We will comply with any restriction on cross-border transfer that the Central Government may notify under Section 16 of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
9. Data Retention
We retain Personal Data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, including the applicable warranty period for Your Product, and thereafter for such period as required to comply with tax, accounting and other legal obligations, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.
10. Data Security
We maintain reasonable security practices and procedures, including SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit, access controls limiting Personal Data access to personnel and service providers with a genuine business need, and contractual security obligations on Our processors, consistent with the IT (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011. In the event of a personal data breach likely to affect Your rights, We will notify You and the relevant authority as required by applicable law.
11. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law and any exemptions available to Us, You may: (a) request a summary of the Personal Data We hold about You and how it is processed; (b) request correction or completion of inaccurate or incomplete Personal Data; (c) request erasure of Personal Data that is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected; (d) withdraw consent for any consent-based processing; (e) register a grievance with Our Grievance Officer (Clause 13 below); and (f) nominate another individual to exercise Your rights in the event of Your death or incapacity, as contemplated under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable time and in any event within the timeframe prescribed by applicable law.
12. Children's Data
The Website is intended for use by adults purchasing on behalf of themselves or a business. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under 18 years of age. If You believe a minor has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us so that We may delete it.
